I was born and raised in Brazil. I am as proud of my Brazilian heritage as I am of my Swedish citizenship. I have always enjoyed writing. At the age of ten, I decided to become a ‘real writer’ when I was ‘old’: forty. The road to my forties and beyond was winding but primarily marvellous. Between raising a family and working, I lived in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Texas, the last of which I called home for over twenty years. So, I was a little overdue when, aged sixty, I could finally spend more time writing.
